Created in the middle of the global Covid 19 Pandemic, MDJ Bio's division was key to the growth of a number of Cell & Gene Therapy clinical stage Biotechs in the UK and US. 
With a huge need for experts within Clinical Development & R&D our team were able to quickly identify outstanding Talent to drive the science and get the therapies in to various trial phases and in to commercialisation. 
MDJ's Biotech team were drafted in by a fast growing, UK based, clinical stage gene therapy business who are dedicate to developing AAV Gene Therapies for patients with Haemophilia & blood disorders. After successfully placing 12 highly skilled candidates across Clinical Development, Regulatory and Quality, we were asked to assist them with growing their US business based Cambridge, MA. 
We harnessed our network in Boston, Cambridge & New York to grow our business to become the partner of choice to a number of other Cell & Gene therapy Biotech.
